Every separate issue that needs fixed had a different maintenance man or maybe even two. Examples of this include: TV and DVD hook-up, light bulb changing, hot water heater fix(but not really fixed), sink fixed, faucet tightened, blinds fixed, desk mixed and assembled, etc.  All separate maintenance men, all different times, all in Chinese, and they think you understand them when they ring the bell and splurt out awhole lot of instructions or questions.
So far some issues have been resolved without needing to call for a translation.  Others have been more complicated like the hot water heater issue. Sometimes it get hot and sometimes it doesn’t. Really hard to get that point across unless I have them take a shower here. :-/
Everything seems to be a big production with a lot of steps, different people to coordinate, and signatures and stamps.
